Cost Information:
The cost is $95 per person. This $95 also applies to any parents/chaperones who plan on attending.
This includes food, lodging, and access to all activities provided by the conference center.
​
You MUST make a $30 deposit (Part of the $95) at the time of registration to confirm your spot.
​
Day visitors on Saturday or Sunday MUST register and pay a day fee of $50 to attend.

The balance after the $30 deposit can be paid beforehand or when you arrive at the camp.
​
If funds are a problem, please send us a message! We don't want cost to hold anyone back. We're happy to work with you and we also encourage you to work with your ecclesia to help defray the cost.

REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th.
The camp needs an exact count by then.

From Prindle Pond:
The Pondside facility features spacious dorm rooms and various breakout spaces, an indoor gymnasium, miles of well-marked hiking trails, a large soccer field, a sand volleyball court, and an outdoor basketball court.
​
Housing information:
Housing is in cabin-style rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. The space is clean and well-maintained. See the pictures below.
​
Activities:
This year we are adding some optional planned activities for the afternoon on Saturday, which include crafts and sports.

Parking:
There is plenty of free parking available at the conference center.
​
Flying:
Please plan to fly into Boston (BOS) or Hartford (BDL) sometime on Friday, September 20th, and plan to fly out in the afternoon to evening on Sunday, September 22nd.
​
If you know people in the area that can pick you up, the Providence, RI (PVD) airport also has proximity to the camp.
​
If you need a ride or special accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try and arrange that for you.
